BSL Video Documentary:

MCABSL, Miami Coalition Against Breed Specific Legislation, is proud to announce their BSL video documentary due out in the fall of 2010. This enlighten documentary is to make people aware of the BSL, Breed Specific Legislation, that is all about targeting specific dog breeds that have been stated as "dangerous or vicious" dogs. The BSL does not look at a case by case dog incident but instead condemns a whole breed without reviewing the entire history of each individual dog.

BSL was started in Miami Dade County and if this legislation is not stopped it will over flow to other cities, counties and states. These breed specific laws that are either in place or trying to get passed plain and simply condemn and punish all dogs and their owners, of a particular breed whether guilty or innocent. Regardless is a well behaved dog of the targeted breeds are looked at, classified, and treated the same as a dog that has bitten or attacked individuals. Deeds, not breeds, should determine whether a dog is dangerous.

The MCABSL BSL video documentary reflect all aspects of BSL and who and how it can and will effect many, many dogs and their families.
